About Me

I have always been passionate about health and wellness – not just for myself, but to help others realize that they are worth the time and investment it takes to create a healthier lifestyle. Small positive changes can lead to big transformations, and as a wellness coach and personal trainer, I am here to guide and support you in that process. I have seen firsthand how the right food choices, or proper breathing, or a great outdoor jog can shift a mood, boost confidence, and even increase productivity.

My goal is to help clients create new habits, reach personal goals, and help add more of what you may be missing. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am a certified Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My coaching philosophy is rooted in personalization, sustainability, and progress over perfection. I meet each client exactly where you are, designing a wellness plan that aligns with your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Every action step we plan is realistic and relevant to your values and vision. I believe true change comes from a plan that is both achievable and meaningful. My goal is to empower clients to build healthier habits without guilt or overwhelm, creating a sustainable path to a stronger body, clearer mind, and more meaningful life. Now what is your goal?

”Kids in the Kitchen” is a coaching favorite of mine! I have 6 years of experience as a Physical Education teacher, and love teaching and cooking with kids of all ages:). It is a true joy to see kids taking over in the kitchen with confidence and enjoying the process of creating a balanced breakfast, lunch or dinner! As a family, you will gradually have a collection of simple recipes that the kids can easily make:)

Overall – my goal is to empower adults and kids to take ownership of their health and wellness and strike that healthy balance of nutrition and exercise to feel like their best version of themselves.
